Many of us are straining our minds to get the perfect job or business opportunity to get some extra cash. We think you need to come up with a great plan to make money for a nice vacation, down payment for a car, or extra cash for school fees for your kids. 

Sometimes the perfect money maker is right in front of us. Sometimes there is. Here are some quick tips for getting extra cash with minimal effort.

Clean out your closet. Take it out every time you haven't worn it in the last century. Pull out those old cartoons. Get rid of those old records.

Formation of an investment club. If you don't have a large pool of money to invest in at the moment, many of your friends may be in the same boat. 

Put your money together and invest now in safer investments like bonds and CDs. Together you can earn more than the small percentage offered by a regular account.

If you recently helped finance the sale of a home, sell your mortgage in bulk. Get your money back now at a discount instead of having to wait years to get your money back.
